Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
New subscribers get a 14-day statutory cooling-off window. If no services or resource libraries are accessed, a full refund is granted. If platform resources or Microsoft Teams links are accessed, a proportionate pro-rata fee will be deducted from the refund.
General Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent the next annual GoCardless billing cycle. Access remains active until the end of the paid annual term. No partial refunds are issued outside the cooling-off window.
Annual Renewal Cooling-Off
Subscribers receive a reminder email before auto-renewal. A new 14-day cooling-off period applies post-renewal for a full or proportionate refund.
How to Cancel
Users can cancel via their member dashboard button or by emailing kim@online-psychotherapist.com. A digital receipt will confirm the cancellation.
Direct Debit Guarantee
All payments are processed through GoCardless and protected by the official UK Direct Debit Guarantee.
