How Direct Debit works
Setting up your membership takes a couple of minutes. Here's what to expect.

Click ‘Set up Direct Debit’ from your dashboard after signing in.

Enter bank details
You'll be securely redirected to GoCardless to authorise the mandate with your UK bank account.
- Step 3
Confirmation
GoCardless emails you a confirmation and Direct Debit Guarantee. Your first … payment is collected shortly after.
- Step 4
Membership active
As soon as the first payment is confirmed, your account unlocks sessions and the resource library.

You're entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank for any payment taken in error. We never see or store your bank details.
Renews annually, cancel anytime
The … membership renews once a year. You can cancel from your account at any time — access continues until the end of your paid year.
